He is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of The Mullings Group, the world’s leading search firm in the medical device industry. The firm is responsible for more than 7,000 successful searches, representing more than 600 companies in the medical device industry.
His clients are multi-billion-dollar companies including Johnson & Johnson, Google, Medtronic, Abbott and Siemens, as well as emerging startup companies that are bringing to market futuristic technologies like surgical robotics, tele-robotics, artificial intelligence and Deep Learning – does this need to be in caps?. He is also President & CEO of Dragonfly Stories, which is the production company behind the video docuseries “TrueFuture” of which he is the host. He is also the founder of TMGPulse, a medtech news and opinion website. He holds an engineering degree from The University of Dayton, Ohio.
In 2020, Joe was appointed the Chief Visionary Office of MRI, Inc. In his new position, he will guide the digital transformation of the MRINetwork with an eye toward bringing to it the inbound video storytelling technique for talent acquisition vis-a-vis social media, which he innovated at The Mullings Group.
